ISOMETRIC EXERCISE
The isometric exercise is a way of working the body's muscles without the realization of any movement to achieve it. Isometric exercises put the muscles in action and strengthen the bones. They serve: - Increase muscle mass
- Meanwhile, we will increase muscle strength
- Raise metabolism
- In this way we will burn fat.
With the isometric we will reduce the risk of injuries and achieve results anywhere in the body we work
In this video Fran leaves us a table of 6 exercises, and we can do this isometric training every time we are at home or travel. Each year will last 30 seconds and will have 10 seconds of rest. At the end of each batch of 6 exercises, we will rest 1 minute, and repeat 5 times each batch. To perform isometric training we will need a towel or a mat. These are the exercises. 1. First, we will start with squat (30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) 2. Secondly, we will go to front plate (30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) 3. Next, we will make a hip extension (30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) 4. Left side plate (30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) 5. After the left side plate, we went to the right side plate (30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) 6. Finally, we will finish the round with fixed flexion touching shoulders (30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest)
Continuing with a 1 min rest and repeat everything 5 times. ---
